The Medtech Actuator Accelerator Program


This program program is designed to support commercialisation of seed-stage medical technology ventures.

The program consists of:
- Intensive, monthly industry-led 1-week sprints over the first six months covering:
a) Strategy analysis
b) Regulatory
c) Reimbursement and clinical development
d) Fundraising and equity
e) Brand
f) Communications and press release
g) Customers and partnering
h) Growth strategy.
- The following nine months - startups transition to a mentoring approach, meeting regularly with mentors and advisors, implementing on the plan, raising capital and achieving key milestones.
- Facilitated access to key ecosystem players and domain expertise.

Between sprints, startups will incorporate learnings and work towards their milestones, alongside rigorous mentoring, coaching and leadership support.

The top ten teams will receive up to $200,000 seed equity investment and entry into The Actuator Accelerator 15-month program.

Who Can Apply?

Eligible applicants include entrepreneurs and innovators of Australia.
